Never ever again!!! Stay far away from this place. It is ratchet and ghetto. I?m So embarrassed. My husband and I came in... yesterday for food. It was a horrible experience. The employees on first shift: One whose name was Danasia got mad and cursed usout because we were asking about the status of our food. She claimed that there are other customers in line and we are being badcustomers for asking for an update on our food. She made a big scene in front of the entire food court. My husband recorded theentire thing. When I asked for the manager she rudely claimed she was the manager and proceeded to arrogantly say she?d gladlygive us the corporate info and doesn?t care who we complain to. We complained to security guard Mike who stated this lady hasdone this before to other customers and that the company needs to be made aware of what?s going on. Apparently she doesn?t careabout her job anymore for her to go off on the customer for over 10 minutes throwing insults and loud mouthing me. I can?tbelieve the owner would allow someone to work there who makes them look so bad. I?ve always loved tropical smoothie but thisplace ruined it for me. This tropical smoothie provided horrible customer service. I came up to the register and had been standing there for a while,... not a soul said anything to me. I had to call multiple times to get any attention, not even a ?hold on one moment? or ?we?ll beright with you? just ignored me. I ordered a quesadilla that I?ve ordered many times at other locations and it had barely anychicken and barely any cheese. Completely ripped me off because I know what the portion size should be. It?s like they wererunning out of chicken/cheese and were rationing it instead of serving what should be served I LOVE tropical smoothie and I?vebeen to many many locations and for the most part across the board they?re very good. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and I got a couple tiny pieces of chicken, NO bacon at all and NO tomatoes. I did order it... without the cheese and lettuce. Another lady had already complained about only having ONE piece of chicken in hers before Ireceived my order. The worker argued with the lady because she said she had put more chicken in her meal. I cannot evencomprehend how they could mess up this badly. I cannot beleive I payed for something and only got what should have been aquarter of the price; because I got a quarter of the ingredients. The most friendliest workers I have ever met. I ordered a Starfruit Smoothie and it came out perfect! Will be coming here again.

The cashier was very unapproachable...did not ask if I needed help...she just starred off...spelt my name wrong...then above... all, got the order wrong. I had to wait extra time for my order. Fyi...if you're not happy with your job or you're having a badday, please don't share that energy with your Paying customers. The first time we went here, they were great and very accommodating to my allergy (pineapple). The second time we visited the... mall, I was excited to go back there and get a smoothie and sandwich. But when I walked up there, I noticed two bugs crawlingaround on the front counter. I'm not sure what type they were, but that's still not a good thing. The Customer Service at this location is the WORST!!! Long story short?. It?s lunch time and we pick this place because it?s... what we actually wanted. In an attempt to feed My 8 Month old Daughter, my Pregnant Wife, then Myself, attempt to purchase amongother food a Banana. I say attempt, because we were Unsuccessful. Tried to Sub it as a side? Not Allowed Tried to Buy it outright? Not Allowed Tried to buy a smoothie with Bananas as the ingredients, and said to just give me the bananas they weregonna put in the smoothie on the side. I WAS TOLD THAT IF THE BANANAS WEREN?T BEING BLENDED UP INTO A SMOOTHIE, I WOULDN?T BEABLE TO BUY ANY. I THEN Explained it was for my 8 Month Old, and the Manager (Heather I believe) explained that she Didn?t Care,and that AT HER Tropical Smoothie, ingredients ONLY got put into a smoothie. PERIOD. I have never experienced such bad customer service! The girl at the register was sweet, but today the girl making the smoothies... should be ashamed!! I?m deathly allergic to pine-apple and the girl made a slick comment because I told her she had to clean theblender.(isn?t that common sense?!) as I was walking up the same girl was yelling at someone in the back about using hernapkins.
