The staff here are so kind. After getting a choco/vanilla twist in a cup I asked for an extra spoon to share with my dog and... they offered me a free "pup cup". A little cup of vanilla ice cream (because chocolate is dangerous for dogs) ànd a little milkbone stuck in the top of it. It was so cute and my dog loved it with no brain freeze. Lol. I just went there and had a bad customer service experience. I have noticed in the past that the portions are small, but tonight... was even worse. I asked the lady in the drive thru "Is this a large" her response was to sarcastically say "YUP" and close thewindow on me. I don't think that my question was unreasonable or rude. The soft serve ice cream at Twistee Treat is okay. I ordered chocolate dipped strawberry ice cream on a cone. The strawberry... flavor wasn?t strong, it tasted more like vanilla. The exterior of the building is adorable, it caught my eye as I was ridingthrough Melbourne. Read more
