let's see to start this is the 3rd time I've tried this restaurant.. never get what I order and this time didn't even get a... receipt to go back and say anything this store is just complete irresponsible. This store needs shut down if you can't take oneorder at a time thru drive thru and get that wrong you need to shut this business down pathetic half orders of fries. Ask for adouble pay for a double and get single.. every single time I've been here I've never had a single good time or complete order asI made and it ain't worth the time or gas to go all the way back.. like I said this store needs to be closed down next stepMonday I'm calling corporate office about this.. Not enough staff. Only see 5 people working @lunchtime with drive thru wrapped around the building. We got out and walked inside... and waited 25 minutes just to place our order. People were getting out of line and leaving. They kept pulling the girl fromregister to fill orders. Seems the drive thru moves faster than inside so my advice is don?t get out of your car or maybe justgo somewhere else if you?re in a hurry. Read more

Not sure what the heck is going with all Wendy's lately. Burgers gross , fries were redipped in the oil & way to much salt to... eat ,nuggets redipped & dry as hell almost like a cotton ball .The worst part me & my wife threw away atleast 80% of thismeal.The last time I was here was 2 weeks ago & hoped it got better but I was way wrong . I've held off on writing a 1-star review for this location multiple times but this is the WORST Wendy's I've ever been to.... Ordered an Asiago bacon ranch meal (#10) and a new hot chicken sandwich meal (#12). What we got was a chicken sandwich with onepickle and a sliver of lettuce, a triple cheeseburger, and one order of fries. This place needs better employees and management. Read more

Food is always cold, some of the workers are rude, and they seem to never get my order right. I've held off complaining, but... today was the worst. They said they had no large or medium cups available, but they still charged me for a large meal when all Igot were medium fries and forced to have a small drink. But I also explicitly asked to not have onion tanglers on my burger, andthe girl taking my order cut me off and assured me that she got it. I repeated myself again, because almost every time theynever listen and I have to repeat myself 3 times to make sure they got it. I get home and there are still onion tanglers in myburger. Not only that, but it's missing cheese and there's hardly any bourbon. And the food is cold. So I paid full price for alarge meal but had a small drink and medium fries with a burger that had something I exclusively asked to not have on it. Andthese people want $15 an hour? Read more

I visited the Post Commons Wendys this morning and all I can say is that the manager there seriously needs to be trained in... Customer Service! A really pleasant worker there turned up AFTER I was already waiting in line and the manager decided toTOTALLY IGNORE ME and proceed to talk directly to her regarding other matters. He did not once acknowledge me, never looked up(although I was standing directly in front of him) nor did he apologise for the delay or his rudeness. He proceeded to talkthe new worker through a very lengthy logging in process while also having to log himself out AND looking through receiptsmultiple times and muttering about figures. All the while deliberately ignoring me. I will add that the lady worker was notat fault whatsoever. I must have stood there in silence for 5 minutes as the scenario continued, so I walked out and will notbe returning there. If this manager wants to lose customers, he is going about it the right way. Read more

Disappointed twice within 2 weeks- I went through the drive-thru after Bible study- arrived a little after 8 pm. Ordered a... combo, a $5 bag, and a happy meal. Asked for 3 different drinks and honey mustard for nuggets in one of the meals. I wasinstantly parked, even though there was no one in the drive-thru but me. After a few minutes, an employee brought our drinks and3 meals in 3 bags. Before I drove off I checked the bags: 1. All the French fries were room temperature, 2. Was missing thesandwich from one bag, 3. No straws for the drinks, 4. Sauce missing for the nuggets, 5. No napkins. To be parked and missingitems (this was deja vu from last Wednesday) is inexcusable, I'm sorry. There were 2 employees taking out trash, there were 4employees inside the restaurant behind the counter, no customers inside, and I was their only car. Don't know why my order wasgiven little consideration when they weren't busy or working on any orders. I love that everyone inside was wiping counters andsweeping floors, but to mess up on your only order? I had to go inside and get my order corrected. They apologized and gave mewhat was missing and corrected what was cold. Not coming back to this location at night unless I see a good stream of cars indrive-thru. Sorry. It's a 'no' for me... I was sitting next to me a Clothing Drop off Box right near Wendy's Restaurant ????, ???????? n the Lord Jesus Christ Bless me... with putting it on this gentleman's ?? n bought me a Bacon n Cheese n Lettuce ???? n Tomato ???? Junior Burger with Fries ???? nCrispy Chicken ???? Nuggets n a ???????? drink too, That was so kind of him to do this, all the Food was nice n soft n warm.Thank you Jesus n Wendy's. Read more
