Absolutely incredible and fresh! We are from out of town and saw this little food truck on the side of A1A and decided to give... it a try. It was absolutely incredible, fresh ingredients, nice guys working. I cannot say enough about how fresh everythingwas- from the tuna to the seaweed salad to the guacamole scooped on the side. This food truck had a great choice of healthy bowls. The fish was fresh and we all really enjoyed our selections. They were... even nice and made a kid adapted version of their chicken bowl for my 7 year old. My son picked this for his Birthday Dinner. He was not disappointed. We were all happy with his choice. Just wanting something different but I went basic and did the chicken bowl with pineapple & seaweed salad. It was good and... there are plenty of choices to customize a bowl to your desire. I didn't care for the seaweed salad though. Also, weirdly, thechicken was good but it had nice grill charred marks on it (as if it was off of a grill) but it didn't taste like it... at all!?I found that odd and disappointing because the grill charred marks are what help makes grilled meat taste so good so it made mewonder how was the chicken cooked to have charred marks but not tastes grilled? Next time I'll try a tuna bowl. Read more
