Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and they were NOT that busy! I asked if they were short staffed and he said no, just... busy. Then I was asked to wait 5 more minutes for my food. My burger had an insane amount of jalapeños that I did not ask for,nor did my meal come with that. I mean like 20 of them! I think they did that maliciously. Will NEVER go back! I visited the Melissa BK today and really don?t understand how a corporation can build a multi million dollar restaurant but do... not want to spend money on wages to keep the restaurant fully staffed and running efficiently.
