Jose was not the cashier. But whoever closed the night of 10/24 around 6pm the heavy set women African American got mad that we... asked for ranch and rolled her eyes them slammed the drive thru window in my face. I demanded to speak to a manager which was aHispanic lady that did not seem to care about her employees behavior. They need to be fired immediately! I need a refund becausewe live a town over and they forgot the gravy. This place hires straight trash that don?t actually want to work. Read more
I ordered fish and the portions were smaller than the chicken tenders. They were cold and my sides were cold. Asked for a refund... and manager had an attitude. I told her never mind and threw the food in the trash. Read more
Best Golden Chick I have ever been to!!! Brian the cashier was very friendly and efficient, genuine with a smile the whole time... which now days is hard to come across. Chance was also friendly and had our food and drinks ready very quickly and again with afriendly smile. The food was shockingly good! Honestly that was the best chicken sandwich I have ever gotten from any fast foodrestaurant. The chicken was literally fried better than most dine in restaurants that you would pay 3x amount. I know this is along review but I believe this crew running this place really deserves credit for how friendly, fast, efficient and greattasting everything was. I went here today to make a purchase and it took to long to pay for it. There was nothing wrong with my card and the cashier had... to get change. I was waiting on the cashier to tell me to go to the next window. When I went to pick up my food it was cold so Iasked for a replacement. I was told since it took 12 minutes (too long for their timer) so she says before I went to the pick upwindow I get what I get. When I asked if she was the manager she thought I'd asked for her name and said I'm not giving you myname. My point is no matter how long your at the first window you should always receive hot food as a customer. Such a sadsituation for some manager who thought she was too good to help make it right.
