The crust is great but we've tried 4 different flavors of pizza and they've all had to much garlic. I hear it's under new... management so we will keep trying and I guess start requesting no garlic. I just hate altering specialty pizzas since someoneput thought into them enough to put them on the menu. Everything is about Marcos has been great. Read more

We ordered our pizza at 5:30pm and was told it would be about an hour. After waiting till 6:50pm we called and was told that it... was on the way. 7:15pm I went ahead and fed my daughter and called again at 7:25pm. I was told that the driver was 6 minutesaway when we live 2 min away and asked for the manager. We were told to call back in about 30min and told the person on thephone that they can take the pizza back and we were going to eat or she can leave it at no charge. The person said that it wouldbe free which was nice but after two hours and being frustrated and hungry AF the driver arrived. I asked the driver if this wasa common occurrence since the google reviews seem to show that it was and she said they were super busy. If that?s the casesimply let the customer know that and give a realistic timeframe or ask if pick up would be okay with such a long wait. I wouldrather pick up or just order from somewhere else at that point. The communication would help alleviate the issues but thecustomer service and timeline given needs help at this location. Pizza is hit or miss, one was phenomenal, one was cold and notmuch on it and the last was warm but good. Read more

I was looking online and it said they were still open around 9:30ish and close at 11pm. It also said on the app that they're... open nd accepting orders. Therefore, I put a order through and waited the recommended amount of time to arrive to pick up thepizza and they were CLOSED. Still waiting to be contacted back for my refund. DO NOT TRUST THE HOURS OF OPERATIONS. Read more

A few things that went wrong with our order today. Initially I tried placing my order online and their app directed me to call... the store. I did but I asked the manager to honor the coupon I had for online ordering which he did. I placed the order at5:19pm and was told it would be about an hour. At 6:45pm I called back and asked for an update on our delivery and was told thedriver is on his way. We live about 5 minutes from the store! At 7:10 I call them AGAIN and I?m not happy. We are 2 hours infrom our ordering and I keep being told they?re on their way. So I asked for compensation which they agreed upon and was toldyet again it?ll be 10 minutes before they get it delivered. Waited till 7:40 and called again when I was told that our order hadbeen refunded and the delivery was returned back to the store! WHAT?!!! That is NOT what I asked for. After speaking with themanager our food was finally delivered just after 8pm. Almost 3 hours after we placed our order. There were items missing andour food tasted like it had been sitting in the hot box for a while. I know and understand that every business is strugglingwith staff however if you can?t deliver when you promise then say so! I would?ve chosen to either pick it up or order fromsomewhere else. Ordered delivery 2 times from them. First time they told me 30-45 min? called me back after an hour to tell me they couldn?t... deliver because they don?t deliver anywhere farther than 8 minutes away. Spoiler alert, I live 5 min away. Had to go pick itup. Second time I was told 30 min.., took 2 hours. I called and asked for a refund or credit because I wasn?t happy. Managertold me she didn?t have the ability to do anything about it. Their service is terrible and management is pretty incompetent. Pizza ain?t bad, but not worth the dumpster fire they consider customer service. Will never order there again, I advise thesame for anyone else, unless you order takeout. Update on 7/29? responded as instructed a couple days ago and have not receivedany response. You?re better off spending your money on lotto tickets, better odds at satisfactory results. This was "A Tale of Two Pizzas" for us. We tried Marco's for the first time by ordering an extra large sausage pizza and a... large Pepperoni Magnifico. We loved the pepperoni pizza. It was covered in toppings and the crust was zesty andflavorful. The sausage pizza almost seemed like it came from a different store. There were a total of 14 pieces of sausage onthe entire extra large pizza; incredibly sparse. The crust was dry and jerky-like in texture. We'd give the pepperoni pizza4/5 and the sausage pizza 1/5. We loved the flavor of the sauce. But we're baffled by the difference of the crust between thetwo as well as the generosity vs. stinginess of toppings. We'll probably give it another try and hope that the sausage pizzawas a fluke. Read more
