Too bad zero stars is not an option. I ordered on the app for a pick up and go. However, the lobby was closed again in the... middle of lunch hour. This is the third time it's happened to me. This time I waited in the drive through line for 15 minutesand could not wait any longer. Try to call but nobody would answer the phone at this site to request a refund. I'm done withthis place, the food quality, potion consistency, and cleanliness of the store has continuously gotten worse. The owner andmanagement should be embarrassed, and this is a slap in the face to the Taco Bell brand. I'm going to dispute the charge on mycredit card since I can't figure out how to get a refund. Taco Bell does not make that easy. Read more

I see why there are so many poor reviews. This place is very poorly managed. Not only are they slow but they would not simply... add chips to my order while I was at the window. I ended up waiting 3 or 4 minutes for my food after I tried to order the chips.It takes 10 seconds to put chips in a bag. Then I entered the store to buy the chips and was turned away from the counter andtold to use the kiosk when there were employees available to take my order. 0 out of 5 if possible. Read more

I love love love Taco Bell. I?ve even had a nice exchange of jokes with a couple of the employees at the window. My only deal... with this place is that if I come here on my lunch break, and I see more than two cars, I know for a fact that I?ll never get myorder before I need to return to work. They?re just painfully slow. Never had an issue with my food or anything, just need themto pick up the pace. Read more

This unfortunately is not the first time I?ve experienced bad service in this area or from this particular restaurant! The... service is beyond ghetto and I?m not even in the hood. Not only did I make a pick up order at 10PM closing hour states 1AM)there were cones in the drive thru so no access to grab food. I go to walk in and pick up my order and of course the doors arelocked! I can?t cancel the order because they are supposedly ?making? my food. There is no one there. There is no one making myfood. Phone goes to voicemail. This has also happened to my husband previously I just thought maybe only once right? Well no.They do what they want and now they owe me money! Read more

I just wasted 45 minutes in the drive-through for four tacos. I get to the window to pay for my food and there?s about six or... seven teenagers standing around staring at screens and nobody fixing food. I asked what the delay was and they said we?rewaiting on the cooks and that they had a lot going on. I said you should go back there and start cooking be proactive and Helpsolve the problem instead of staring at it and hoping it gets better. Not to mention I asked for no lettuce in my tacos and allfour of them had lettuce. Hope the owner knows he?s paying people hourly to stand and stare at a computer screen. Read more

Customer service is lacking at this restaurant. The associates do not understand that customers are what pays their paychecks. ... There have been times I have entered the restaurant and there are ample associates on hand, but they have a sign posted on theirregisters that requires you to enter your order through the Kiosk. There are other times where you go inside, and you waitforever as they will clearly tell you that their drive thru orders are priority because they are ?timed?. Most of the timewhen you drive up to the restaurant you see a sign on the door that states the lobby is closed due to lack of lack of employees. Then, if you go through the drive thru you are greeted with ?how are you doing?. Not the normal greeting you would expect of?How can I help you today? or ?can I take your order?? It is apparent that the management doesn?t care about the level ofcustomer service their employees are giving as I have previously left comments regarding it on their website. Read more

I?ve given this place several tries and there really is no excuse at this point for each time being a disappointment or terrible... experience. Tonight we originally went through the line and we were told they did not have any beef and we politely told them wewere exiting the line because that?s what we wanted. After realizing there were not many more options in the area and we didn?twant to drive to Anna we got back in line to then make an order substituting all our food for steak or chicken. When we gothome, everything was beef!!! They never get our order right and they never make sense or seem organized. I asked for a side ofguacamole and literally got a dot in the cup. This should not have even been a charge. But apparently that?s how they do thingsmy quesadilla was almost mostly empty as well. This place is literally a joke. Read more

Took awhile to get the food after ordering from drive tru. We ordered Sweet Tea, the girl said rudely, "we don't serve tea... after 8pm" so we ordered lemonade. When we finally got to the window, she opens the window and says we don't have lemonade. Sowe get soda instead. We get our food, with no sauce, after we asked for it. No napkins in the bag. We get home and find that mycrunch wrap was, well a bit not wrapped. And not toasted like it usually is. The taco shells were broken and the chapulas had notomatoes and hardly any meat, one had sour cream in it and one didnt! Kinda disappointing with a new place. Read more
