I have had another horrible experience at this location (this will be my last). I invite anyone reading this to do a couple... Google searches. This is the lowest rated Wendy's I saw in the area (and if you read all the recent reviews its rating isdropping). It's also one of the lowest rated in the Melissa area across all chains. Fortunately Melissa has choices so folksdon't have to put up with rude/slow service and lack of upkeep. Do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere! Read more
I placed my order before going into store. Others came into store and ordered and got their order before me. They don't make... orders in order received. Apparently there is no benefit to the app except it makes it easier for them....but it'll take longerto get your food. Do not go here unless you want to wait 25 plus minutes for your food. This is a management problem. Therewere at least 5 people working. Apparently they have a broken screen used in order management that hasn't been fixed bymanagement or owners even though they have been told about it. Totally unacceptable. Inside kiosks to order food were notworking. The coke zero tasted gross as did the diet barqs. We could not drink them and didnt know until after getting home.This store will hurt wendys reputation. Messed my order up. Soda flat, chicken nuggets burnt, and fries soggy. They gave me a value meal burger when I ordered the new... spicy honey chicken sandwich, which means they basically took an extra 3 dollars from me. What happened to this place? Did you get a new GM? Because the customer service and food has gone down hill to the point I'm no... longer coming back. Not only was my food dry and nasty and fries were over salty to the point I threw them out. They were out ofCOKE when I asked.. and DR PEPPER was my 2nd choice guess what OUTTTT! so I ended up ordering a Sprite and they gave me a DietCoke?! What is this? I ordered a number 11. Cost $10 and I am getting half a fry. Then you wait till I get to the window and you don't... give me the cookies or the Dr pepper. And wait till I get to the window and tell me there is no dp as if you were just nevergoing to give me a drink that I ordered in the first place. I told the guy that hopped me. He didn't care. This place is filthy! Garbage on the floors inside and outside. Out of 13 tables, only one was clean. All the garbage bins were... full, no wonder it is ending up on the floors. The glass doors were smeared with dirt. How does a place this new, turn out likethis? It is unacceptable the way this location refuses to clean, it's unhealthy for everyone visisting. Read more
Truly awful from every angle. The place was really run down but we hadn't been to a Wendy's for some time and thought we had to... at least try. What a mistake. Soda machine was inoperative, the place was dirty. When the food arrived, it was cold, andrubbery. And even the chili had big chunks of what looked like left over hamburgers instead of chili meat. After three bites,my wife discovered her cheese was actually paper. We threw everything away and left. Read more
