Wife and I just stopped by this establishment to grab some food at 8:40pm. The store says it closes at 10pm so we figured we... were well within the timeframe of acceptable since we don't like to hit places up last minute. Well upon entering we asked ifthey were still open due to a lot of the food cases being completely shut and with a large amount of attitude the girl behindthe counter said yeah and rolled her eyes. This isn't what got me, what got me was when she threw the broom down on the floorimmediately following her attitude. I know sometimes people have a hard day and things get rough but her borderlinetempertantrum at us walking in with well over an hour left before closing was uncalled for and not professional. I put in an online order at 2:25 pm today. The order was supposed to be ready at 2:45. I got a notification on my phone that... the order was ready so I sent my husband into the store to get it. The woman (Teresa) stated that our order was not ready andshe had no plans to make our order until the rest of the customers were gone. My husband asked her how do we cancel the order,she replied that she didn't know how to cancel it because it was done through the app. I looked on the app and the app said "tocancel this order, call this number". Guess who answered, TERESA!! She stated that I had to cancel the order through the app. After arguing with me for several minutes, she said she didn't know how to cancel our order and that we would have to wait forher manager to come back. I went to the Dollar General and came back thinking she's had plenty of time to make my order by now. NOPE! I walk in and asked her about my order and she said she wasn't going to make it because I asked her to cancel it. Shesaid that once all the customers, and even pointed to the customers BEHIND me, were all taken care of, then she would make ourfood. I've never had such terrible service at this Subway. I will be calling Fred Davis at Corporate and letting him know howbadly this store is being run. In the mean time, I had to call my bank and dispute the charge. Unreal! Read more
