Go elsewhere. My boyfriend ordered me an ice cream cake for my birthday from this Baskin Robbins yesterday and he was told it... would be ready for pick-up at 5pm today. Fast forward to today, which is my birthday. He arrives to pick up the cake andabsolutely no one has made the cake or even has any documentation of their own that it had been ordered. He showed them thereceipt and was told to try to find an already made cake they had. When none of those were a cake he wanted he was told he'dhave to come back to the store in an hour for a refund. Cold Brew Was Overly Watery with no ice in it. Ice Coffee tasted like it sat to long. And some of the ice cream was melted.
Got here on Sunday 3/6/22 at 7:35pm and the door was locked. Three visible staff members were busy cleaning.
