This is my 2nd time visiting this location. The 1st visit was 2 months ago. I walked out due to the areas around the food being... unclean. Thinking it may be a one off situation, I decided to try them again this evening. Nope it wasn't a one off. Today wasgross. The areas around the food being served was again unclean and looked very unsanitary. The glass directly in front of thefood was filthy. The Board of Health needs to visit this place. I went to this place as soon as they opened and hate it everything about it. They ran out of cheese, sour cream, Avocado, chips... etc. Mind you they just opened the store. On Sunday Sept 17th I returned giving them the benefit of the doubt same exact thingno ingredients left and it was 3pm. Its like going to a Mexican restaurant for tacos and they run out of tortillas like Makesabsolutely no sense. Workers are just worried about online orders they will leave you waiting for ten minutes before they takecare of you. I will never return to this place again. They should learn from their sister restaurant on Mannheim.:( Read more
This Chipotle is TRASH. Do not come here. Staff is openly rude and ignorant in front of customers. They ran out of multiple... ingredients, including guacamole which is their most popular, and didn?t tell anyone or myself until I had already gotten to thefood and started ordering. I suggested twice, to two employees, that they put a sign up or something saying they were out ofingredients before customers got to the line, and was completely ignored twice. Both women rolled their eyes at me and when Itold the woman at the register that most people don?t like being ignored, she simply handed me my food, said nothing, and thenlaughed as I walked away. TERRIBLE customer service. Trash employees who clearly don?t care about other people or the jobthey?re doing. First time back in a while! Disappointed the last 3-4 times I went. Each time was worst than the last. I like Chipotle and... decided to give it one last shot before I call it quits. It was better today!???? Hope the service and food prep skills continueto improve. Read more
Before this particular location it was situated elsewhere just a bit farther towards the dispensary, a more confined lot and the... three star here is for the residual issues of THAT Chipotle transferring here. Why? Hmm... I love Chipotle! I go there and lookover the smudge clear glass with my mouth watering although I look down at something peculiar. The beans are watered down! Thishas been a consistent issue! Is it just the beans? No, a lot of times we're bottom of the barrel with the meat and I find thatoff-putting because it's a near constant. * * * Now, since they've moved to this location that is still somewhat of an issuealthough I've noticed that they've been a little bit better, it's not every time now, just sometimes now. I gave that last placea two-star and even called headquarters a few times although I can't recall why, it must have been something worth mytime. This is the first review I?ve ever posted, I was pretty disappointed with my food. I ordered a bowl and asked for ?a little bit... of sour cream.? However, the employee took a huge spoonful and dumped it all over. I should?ve said something but there werepeople behind me and I didn?t want to hold up the line.
