First time at this hooters didn’t have a great experience but decided to try them again. I got there at 9:30 pm (they close at... 10) I got the dirty look since I guess I was walking in too late! They took FOREVER to take my order and when they did bring itmy wings were burnt….. I told them they were burnt and didn’t taste good. Didn’t offer to get me more wings nor receivedan apology. All the waitress asked was if I didn’t want them so that she could throw them away. Last time at this hooters! Read more

Waitress had poor serving skills, I had to ask numerous times for water, crab legs were delicious, the chicken wings are okay... and the Buffalo shrimp were good. We ordered 20 and only got 10 which I was done with the waitress we had so told her that wasokay the 10 were enough. We left a tip for the young lady even though she didn't earn it. Tips matter when you have that type ofjob. I would have a meeting with the young ladies also cause few girls just watched the one waitress do everything while theydid nothing... poor girl probably end up quitting. Read more

I have purchase a Hooter salad millions of times. Here lately the salad is thrown together. This is unacceptable, I mean now do... you mess up a salad? This place is horrible. I will not order from here again, because if you use Uber eats. You did not knowwhat you will get!! Read more

The manager Heath was extremely rude to my dad. My father was there with a friend from 4pm to 7pm enjoying his dinner, buying... drinks. He even paid for another family’s meal and bought drinks for another patron. He donated $100 to a Breast CancerAwareness charity and tipped his waitress generously. He spent over $500 at this Hooters and was genuinely having a great time.Apparently the manager Heath wasn’t too fond of him being there and spending so much money which is absurd. The manager wentover to his table and told him he wasn’t allowed to buy anymore drinks for himself or anybody else and asked my dad to leave.When my dad asked why, the manager Heath wasn’t giving him an answer and continued to push him out. My dad was visibly upsetand the manager didn’t seem to care. Security told him he wasn’t allowed to come back and he had NO explanation behind it.The worst experience he’s ever had. Do not recommend coming here and spending money and having a great time unless you want toget kicked out for no reason. Read more

The waitress Dakota was super attentive and charismatic. I believe that this is how everyone who attends a place should be... kind, it is even a pleasure to leave a fair tip. Congratulations to that beautiful woman! Food was not to bad! Read more

The service is always a bad experience at this Hooters location. I had an online order and asked for ranch on the side. They... placed my side of ranch inside the container with my wings and tots. They usually just add the ranch to the bag not inside theactual container with my food. The plastic cup with the ranch was melting from the wings being hot and the entire container wassticky and leaking all inside the container. I called to speak with the manager and as usual he was not helpful or understandingabout the situation and had a horrible attitude. I don't believe its very sanitary for them to be placing a side of ranch thathas been written on with permanent marker inside a container with the food. I was disgusted with the mess I was served and alsowith the managers attitude. I'm sure that was definitely breaking some sort of food and safety guidelines. I will no longer be acustomer to this location and will be reaching out to corporate. They really should have a much more pleasant manager runningthe business. Read more

I want to report an issue that I had with Jason Grant at the location Melrose Park. Called to report the quality of food.... Explained to the manger that I couldn’t go back due to my location and he explained to me in exact words “in 3 minutes thewings could have dried out”. This was his reasoning to why the wings had no sauce. I couldn’t get my refund and I couldn’tspeak to anyone about his conduct. I have an actual recording of him explaining to me that in the three minutes from the timethe order was ready to the time it was picked up it dried. Absolutely worst experience ever. Read more
