They're either very dumb or very racist. Whatever their problems is they should be banned from the restaurant business. Not one... of them apologized for this ridiculousness. This guy Antonio sold me a burnt pizza and he doesn't even apologize. You can live100 years and not find somebody dumb enough to sale you a pizza that looks like this. They owe me compensation for having todrive back up there to get my money back. Terrible customer service. I understand they were busy, but that doesn?t justify being rude and unwelcoming. I?m pregnant and... went through a struggle getting to location on time while having my 3 year old w me. Once I got there the employee rolled hereyes at the employee next to her and that employee said, ?An hour later. (Beneath her breath)? This was unnecessary and uncalledfor. I called to talk to someone but no one answered. Red flag was entering and seeing most of the staff goofing off in the front . I... got my order went home and they gave me pepperoni when Im allergic to pork. They did give a us a cheese pizza , which we ate. Idid not go back because i shouldn?t have too and they did not answer my call? I wake up and I?m physically ill my stomach hurtsand I?m throwing up and constantly using the bathroom. Horrible service. Very rude and unprofessional ?manager?. Young guy need more training when it comes to customers. I won?t be... going back to the MelrosePark location. Never have pizza ready, never answer phone calls, if I place my order online is alwayswrong. Today I called ahead to place my order as I was driving to the location. I arrived and no one had yet answer my phonecall. As I arrived I noticed how the phone was just ringing and no one was answering the phone. As I explained to the person whowas at the register that I was calling for the past 24+ minutes his response was very rude. He mentioned they were busy, I haveother options to go to and also how to place my order. Regarding the guy who was sitting on top of the flour, on his phone withheadphones right by the phone, he said he couldn?t answer because he was out of the clock. When he got more verbal with me as ifhe was arguing I asked him for his name and he refused to give me any info. I don?t have the young ?managers? name. Thishappened today around 4:25 pm. Rude!!! Called to place a delivery order of 10 pizzas for an event the next day at a local university. I mentioned that I had a tax... exempt letter and I was told I'd have to go in person to place the order because they'd need a copy of the letter. No problem. Iwent in, literally, 20 minutes later. When I arrived, I presented the tax exempt certificate, only to be told that they don'ttake orders for delivery at the location and that I'd have to use either GrubHub or UberEATS and present the certificate tothem. Unbelievable. I ended up placing the order with Domino's Pizza where they not only accepted the certificate, theydelivered the pizza AND it was done without any issues. Read more

They do not answer the phone, I called multiple times and nothing. I had to go to the actual store and order! Unacceptable
