Worst Wingstop location. If I can give it 0 stars I would. Just placed an order through Doordash, waited over an hour and had to... contact customer service to cancel my order. This is the SECOND time this has happened in the last 3-4 times I've ordered fromthere. For whatever reason the workers confirm your order and let you wait 1-2 hours, and if your food ever makes it (by amiracle), it's stone cold, and then you have to wait another 30mins to order from elsewhere. There's a location in Schillerpark 7 minutes away that's 10 times better and always on time. Will be ordering from there from now on. Read more
Usually service when ordering online has been alright, but coming a bit later than the 6:30pm order time, the wings have NOT... been cooked, and other orders have walked out of the door l, as I am seated waiting. Best Wingstop around. The staff was fast and friendly. The chicken was perfectly cooked , it had perfect amount of crunch in the... breading. The portion size was also good, I felt like I got my money's worth. They cook the chicken per order so order in theapp or call ahead. There is also a lot of seating and every table was clean.
