I?m genuinely tired of the NYPD hat wearing miserable mopey cashier. It?s pretty obvious he wears that hat like a security... blanket over his serious attitude problem. For years I?ve tried being nice and polite to him and I?ve been coming here less andless because there?s other nearby 7-11 cashiers that at least make you feel welcome. Not asking for much. If you want to be acommunity store, do realize you?re part of a community. This guy is basically the village Eeyore with a Chinatown gift shop hat. Read more

This 7-11 has the reputation as the worst 7-11 on the route 110 corridor for a reason. They do NOT honor posted prices. Posted... prices are arbitrary, and merely put up for guidance. Actual prices are likely higher. I know this because on one fine evening,I frequented this 7-11 with the goal of purchasing a coffee roll, which had a posted price of 1.89. I went to checkout the roll,and it rang up as 1.99. I politely informed the clerk that it was actually 1.89. He called me a liar and said the system saysit's 1.99. I went over and took a picture of the price and showed him. He walked over to the cabinet (for what I thought to bethe purpose of verifying my picture). Instead, he silently put the pastry (which I had already touched in taking it!) back inthe cabinet. So essentially, I was not allowed to buy the pastry, for the simple crime of wanting to pay the posted price. DoNOT go here. The prices are wrong, and the food is CONTAMINATED with the germs of the customers who have been refused purchases.I do not remember the clerk name, but he was fat. Read more

Did not honor deal in the 7-11 app, even though the app said this specific location was participating. Not about the money but... the principle. Bad business practice! Read more

I stopped in to pick up a Slurpee and a pack of gum and was thrilled to see the "I assure you we are open" homage to Clerks. Way... to make the best out of a bad situation. Kudos to the Kevin Smith fans who work here. This made my day. Thanks for going theextra mile. Everything else was as expected. In and out without any troubles except the usual "brain freeze" that accompaniesevery Slurpee. When is the next hockey game on the roof? Read more

The night time employee is very unprofessional. He doesn't respond if you try to make small talk, and it's not bc of a language... barrier, he speaks English well. Never smiles, not courteous, and on more than 1 occasion has been down right rude and nasty. Ihave watched him do the same thing to other customers so it's not just me. It's a shame bc the ppl who work during the day arethe complete opposite. The owner should consider getting someone new bc if he was the only point of contact someone had in thestore it wouldn't be a good customer experience. He looks very miserable to be there and his attitude matches it. Personally Istarted going to 7-11 on Jericho tpke so I don't have to deal with his nasty attitude. There I'm greeted by every employee withwarm welcomes and a friendly professional attitude to which they appreciate my business and it keeps me coming back and spendingmoney! Read more
