You come in on most days, it's Hella packed. You might wonder why, mainly because what they make is great. Bagels and the bakery... is also amazing. They also have regular deli food too. I always recommend texting your order in advance but keeping it short andsweet, kind of like an ordered list. If I could give less than a star I would. I have been a loyal customer for a couple decades and the last couple visits I have... had have been bad. They?ve been messing up my orders and todays the day I had enough. I asked for a dozen and the employee whogave me the dozen cheated me out on 3 bagels. She gave me 9 bagels! I called the store up to tell them this and the employee Ispoke to sarcastically say he?s sorry and to come back for the extra bagels they missed. It?ll cost me more money in gas to gojust for their mistake. Make sure next time you go, you check how many bagels they gave you because they?ll cheat you on somebagels.
