Been here a few times and service is always slow. Employees seem annoyed often for no reason. Last time I was in for a smoothie... that is advertised as 50% off in their window. I was told that's only with the coupon (the sign says nothing about a coupon) andthen I was told that it wasn't discounted bc "corporate didn't put the discount in the computer." I don't know why you wouldadvertise something as discounted during certain hours if that's not the case. Food has always been decent but pricey andservice isn't great. Read more

Im glad we have this location and the acai is usually fine but the service is not that great. I had placed an order online and... When I arrived nothing was ready. She then seemed upset at me that she hadn?t made the bowl when it was her error. I wasn?tupset or anything, I just waited and said thank you and got no response. She didn?t say one word and as a service industryemployee I think communication is important. Read more
