absolutely horrible. we come on a monday at 8:30pm and they close half the lanes because ?the manager is being lazy tonight?.... that?s exactly what an employee told me. and we asked to speak to manager but he said that she would not change her mind.horrible management and do not welcome customers. At fund raiser for school. The manager moved a group from one lane to our assigned lane. Went over with PTA person and she... apologized and said she had to because other group had too many in lane. This took a 30 minutes to get us a lane. When eventended we were 1/2 through our game. Kids were upset and I went back to manager and 1st she said all games ended at once. Thenwhen I asked her to give us a game or 1/2 game she said no and then denied moving the other group. Read more
Anyba was able to assist my party of 45 in a quick and attentive manner. At 1st when I called, someone else tried to install the... fear that lanes will not be available, especially next to each other during the Sunday special. We went there when they weren't busy. We were given a lane with a ball return that was completely full of house balls; we had to... move them to make room for ours. Although we were the only bowlers on that side, the noise from the video game area was veryloud and distracting. Read more
This was a really cool night. Came an evening when it was snowing and pretty much had the place to ourselves. Friendly staff and... great pricing, we got unlimited games for $30 for both of us and that?s including the shoes so not bad at all. Drinks were wellpriced and the mega cookie was pretty tasty as well. Lots of balls to select from and there?s and arcade area as well with quitea few games to mist things up. Went to this facility last weekend with our soccer boys and had a great time. Our server Alana was very attentive and made sure... we had everything we needed, both kids and adults. She was super sweet and polite, the food was good, had a little mishaps withsome things we ordered, but she corrected it right away in a timely fashion.
