Horrible customer service. The female took my order had bad attitude and didn?t make drinks right. I had to go back but she she... messed up again just took off some ice from the cup and added milk and gave it back rudely. Will not recommend anyone goingthere. Dunkin Management is really bad! Easy to see right off of Walt Whitman Road servicing Melville and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and... a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will mostlikely be going back. Read more

Up until recently this location had reduced its hours and were posted. Opening at 5 am. In the last 2 weeks staff has been... inside and not opened till 5:30 or later while customers are standing outside. Since then the sign posting the hours as beenremoved. Seems like the staff is doing what they want according to them. Read more

Jenifer and her staff are really friendly and know how to treat customers. The coffee is always fresh and hot. I never came... across them mistreating customers and giving bad service. The crew members there are hard workers and know what there doing.They all know how to use the cash register and undertand English. The people who work there are bilingual and can speak Englishand Spanish. Read more
