Food always tastes a little stale.. Store charges a credit card fee of $5.00 for all card purchases even for debit cards.... Merchandise in store is very overpriced. Bag of chips, 16oz soda lunch sandwich typical price $20.00!!! You might get more foodat the diner nearby which tastes fresher. ???? Read more
Good food and prompt delivery: within about an hour of ordering. Strange that you can order online but must call the deli if... you're paying with card. I got a daily special panini for lunch and a jumbo muffin which I had the next day. The muffin wasstill fresh and delicious. Will order again. Read more
Seriously the worst deli in this area. Food is overpriced, delivery is always late. Broth for the matzo soup is literally... colored water and the matzo balls in my delivery were hard as rocks and gray inside. YUM. Paninis are decent, but if you get amade to order sandwich with a more common coldcut, don't expect it to be sliced fresh. Sometimes I'll forget how bad this placeis and get a delivery order because those options are limited around here and, like today, every time I am reminded that Ishould have just gone hungry. Best value for your money. Was staying at the Marriott down the street and chose this place for breakfast instead. 3 egg... spanish omelette for under 5 bucks. Or a Marriott $17 omelette. Easy choice. Good food. Read more
Because I always end up waiting anywhere from 10-15+ minutes for a simple turkey sandwich, and wasting my lunch break, I decided... to call ahead of time and place the order, for pick up - not even delivery. I was told that it would be 20 minutes, before Icould pick up my honey maple turkey sandwich, on rye, with lettuce/tomatoes and mustard - that was it, my entire order. Iwaited 25 minutes, then headed over, the short distance from my office. I got there and waited on that long line for anadditional five minutes+. When I got to the front of the line to pay and pick up my order, I was told that it would be anotherminute. Another minute turned into 20 minutes. When I asked the cashier how long it would be/why it was taking so long, shewas rude and disrespectful to me, saying that it was not her problem and not her fault, and that I would just have to wait. Very rude! Even her body language was dismissive and unapologetic. To add insult to injury, when I did finally get mysandwich, after a total of 45 minutes - it was not made as I asked. They gave me a cracked pepper and jalapeño jack cheesesandwich on a roll! Had it not been for the fact that I'd already paid, and I had to get back to work, I would have asked for afull reimbursement - which they should have offered! They never even apologized, for the terribly long wait, or for making methe wrong sandwich. The service is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. That aside, the wait is always long, and thefood is overpriced. I do not recommend this deli to anyone. I wish there would have been an option to not give any stars,because that is what they really deserve - zero! Read more
