Went to dinner and had a wonderful experience. Our waitress was Faith & she made great recommendations on the appetizers & the... sides. The spicy shrimp was my favorite it had amazing flavor. The steak was also cooked a perfect medium rare & my favoritesides were the creamed spinach & sweet potato casserole. Couldn’t say enough great things about the experience. Went last night with my husband for our first wedding anniversary. We have gone to a few other locations, so we knew what the... usual standard was. Everything was absolutely delicious!! We started out with the osso bucco ravioli and the BBQ shrimp forapps. We both were soaking up the sauces with the bread because it was so good. My husband had the 22 oz cowboy ribeye, and Ihad the 8oz petit filet with truffle Parmesan crust. Both temps on the meat were a little off, but nothing major. I wantedmedium, and mine was more on the medium rare side in some spots. My husband wanted medium rare and it looked like he got moreon the medium. Again, no big deal for us because both were very tender and tasted great regardless. Can’t go wrong with thesweet potato casserole as a side. Good size for 2 people to split. We made a reservation online and told them it was ouranniversary. They did the usual confetti on the table and gave us an anniversary card which is always a nice touch. We wentaround 5:45 and the service was great, no long waits and very attentive. Our waiter Brian was very polite and a pleasure totalk to! Overall, pretty good experience and definitely will go back. Food was amazing. Between me and my wife had the lobster bisque, 6oz sirloin with shrimp, salmon with shrimp with sweet potato... along with creamy spinach. Everything was amazing, but spinach was a little watery. Customer service was great but service offood was slow, big gaps. The ambiance was amazing, I have only eaten at the Garden City location which is a little run down. Thehostess was great, the waiter was great and the lady that's asks you how your dinner was also. Went to this location on Friday and was my first time ever going to a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. For starters, my brother and I... had the Tuna which was perfectly cooked and accompanied by a delicious sauce that my brother and I could not get enough of. Wethen had lobster bisque soup that paired great with the soft bread. The best part of the night was the cowboy steak that wasdelivered with sizzling plates! Had a great time and truly recommend this location for all the steak lovers in the region! Read more
Wonderful dining experience! We started at the bar, Paige was an absolute delight and excellent company - she gave fantastic... drink and wine recommendations, and I was elated to receive and old fashioned garnished with orange and lemon peels and notmuddled fruit (there is nothing worse than muddled fruit in an old fashioned). The ambiance and mood around the bar waswonderful and the décor is beautiful! I highly recommend sitting in this area (ask for Paige - she was great!), though thedining room was equally as lovely. The mushrooms stuffed with crab meat were the highlight of our night - a must try! Our serverFelicia was wonderful! I usually don’t do this, but I just had to review my Thanksgiving dinner at Ruth’s Chris steak House. All the food was... delicious and the service was top notch. Faith our server had made sure that our holiday dinner was perfect. Everything came outon time and piping hot. There was even a doggy bag because as Faith said, “the only thing better than Thanksgiving dinner isthe leftovers” five stars highly recommend!! Read more
