It was nice, customer friendly, hard to find A&W in the rural areas.
Service is extremely slow and every time I?ve been there I?ve been told to pull ahead and wait when no ones behind me and there... new employees are younger teenagers and there just plain arrogant and rude and have no respect, definitely suggest betteremployees and better service cause once the new McDonald?s is open I hope u guys run outta business:) Read more
Can?t use the toilets at this location. Close your dining room if you must but not having a toilet and sink available is... unacceptable. Read more
The food here is always fast and their breakfast is well prepared. You can also never go wrong with their fries! Only complaint... is the coffee needs a little help, but I think that?s common at most A&W?s ???? Read more
Today we order 3 combos meals at the drive thru...it took us like 10 mins just to order 3 simple combos due to the fact the the... attendant couldn't speak good English...when we got to the window only 1 of our orders were a combo...so we just paid andleft...when we got home to add insult to injury our burgers looked old and gross...so we basically threw money into thegarbage...worst A&W service ever ???? Food is fast. Service is very friendly. Depending on the time you go, it can be busy, the lunch rush is very busy. They try to... not keep you at the till and get you to sit so you can chat with whoever you came with. I've had a few instances of fries beingunder done or treating off. The staff helps out quite quickly in these scenarios though. Read more
