Drive thru order taker who I believe was the manager - blonde older woman- very rude & like rushing through your order. I... started by saying hi I have a couple coupons I?d like to use & she comes back with ?well I need the numbers tell me the numbersalready? & then is like ?just keep going like cmon keep going is that it? Just tell me when you?re done then.? Then at thenwindow someone else came with the food a few minutes later & just gives the bags & walks away. No ?okay you?re all set or have anice day? didn?t know if we were done or what so I just had to check my stuff & make sure it was all there since no one elsesaid a word at the window. fries were stone cold AND the bacon was undercooked! and don?t even get me started on the manager.. i came to get a replacement... fry and the manager gave me so much attitude and tried to gaslight me into thinking i gave him attitude first! very nastylocation wouldn?t recommend. Read more
I stopped this morning to get breakfast before coming to work. The old rude black female with long acrylic nails kept cutting me... off while I tried to place my order. She stated that she was going to go off on customers. I will continue to go to McDonald'sfor my breakfast. If she doesn't like her job, maybe she should quit. Read more
Went to Burger King for lunch. Really young (like too young to be legally working there) young man took my counter order while... another young man was working the drive-thru window. As I am waiting for my order to be filled, the young men are openly beinggenerally disrespectful and fighting with their manager and the other staff members in back. The kid turns to me and asks me toweigh-in on his rudeness? Now I am sitting here eating as I watch them screw-around as the rest of the staff fight through arush. Throwing stuff at each other. This place is a mess and the supervisor is a saint for putting-up with whoever ?hired? (whoare they kidding- obviously owner?s kids) those guys and I?ll drive a little further for Burger King next time. Read more
The speaker in the drive-thru is horrible first of all but still placed our order after barely being able to hear what the guy... was saying. Anyway while we waited the psycho but comical looking guy working the drive thru stared us down as he hung out thewindow while the person in front of us was right there, when we pulled up he accused us of placing a order and pulling off, Iassured him I didn?t know what he was talking about but he still stared us down while he ranted about it to his coworker. He wasout of sight for a few mins brought our food and again stared us down as we pulled off. Terrible service. Took half my order then waited 5 minutes for someone to finish the order. Coke had no carbonation. Fries had... no salt. Chicken sandwich was rubber. Drive thru guy was more worried about chasing tail than getting to my order. Read more
This is quite literally the worst fast food restaurant I?ve ever attempted to order food at. Waited 10 minutes for someone to... come to the speaker in the drive-thru, when they did I was greeted by a angered ?can I help you?. I then tried to place my orderand was cut off 3 times by the rudest employee , again, I?ve ever experienced. After I told her for the third time that does notcomplete my order she signed and told me to hold on. She then didn?t come back for another 10 minutes I waited. I finallydecided to pull off and wasted about 20 minutes of my day . I recommend you don?t waste yours either. Read more
