Amazing food. Went in for the first time today. Ordered a large Pepperoni. Finished it with the family and went back in for a... second it was that good! It took me some time to make it to Fredi?s and it was well worth the wait. The flavor in this pizza is like you walked into a... New York pizza parlor. The sauce was perfect, the fresh mozzarella was on point and the flavor of the crust absolutely ties thispie altogether. Amazing pizza!! Read more
Saw the BarStool review (love him) and decided to drive 25 min to get carryout for the family on a Saturday. It's as good as... advertised! Their system is good and service is friendly. We did see Fredi there making all the pizza. Wanted to tell himthanks for all his charitable work for kids with autism but he was in the zone. I used some insulated bags to try to keep itwarm but I'm sure it's even better eaten as soon possible. The basil added, the crisp of the crust all the way through and theflavor of the sauce makes this all top notch. The pepperoni has a nice added flavor to it as well. No call ahead, order and madefresh. Wasn't a big wait but didn't go during a work week. Will definitely check out again next time we bring the family toGreenfield Village/Henry Ford Musuem. Read more
Thin, almost cracker like, with and excellent char! One of the best NYC pies I've had outside of NYC! LOVE how the owner... supports Autism and even has a Charity you can donate too(please check Fredi's Website) back to the Pizza! I would more than twoto three items on them(they're that thin) the taste was light, sauce had a good seasoning to it, not too tangy, toppings werefresh and the cheese was top notch! Seen the Barstool review, finally made my way there and it didn't disappoint. Fredi is thee man who makes every pie, he's a one... man army, from ball of fresh dough to perfect pizza. Well how was it? Honestly it was like my first time tasting pizza. Theflavor is amazing and you don't need to throw a bunch of toppings on it either. Cheese pizza and maybe pepperoni, that's it. Thepie is lite, crispy and full of flavor. The only explanation is that the ingredients are fresh top shelf and the pizza is madewith love. To top it all off the lady at the register was super sweet and Fredi is humble and super cool. My next visit will bedine in to get the full experience... Read more

Some of the best pizza I?ve had anywhere. Fredi is so nice, so hospitable?he truly makes the place special but his passion for... pizza is truly felt and enjoyed. The flavor of the sauce and of the crust is amazing. The Santino is my favorite (pepperoni, hothoney, mozz and basil). He even grows his own basil! So fresh, so delicious. It?s worth the trip no matter where you?re comingfrom. An unassuming building in an unassuming area, but I go out of my way to come here when I?m back in Michigan visitingfamily.
