lady behind the counter is rude and not helpful. I called for a pizza. Upon arriving, I grabbed a drink, went to go pay for my... bill as excepted. Then she told me they got declined tried it again got excepted again. Then she said it was declined again. Andthen checked my banking app to find that I was charged $30 for a medium pizza because she charged me twice and then stillrefused to give me the pizza. then she goes to say this happens all the time and this is a normal occasion then I ask her for areceipt of both decline transactions because everywhere print receipt, excepted, or declined to give you a transaction numberand she was unable to provide that.
