Customer service is always great here. Drive thru lines are sometimes long but they keep us moving. I usually get breakfast... before work using the app. Read more
Longest wait ever. Horrible staff. I was the only customer and waited 20 minutes. They had nothing to drink by tea and coffee... cuz all the machines are broke. I ordered a sausage muffin and a coke. Idk how it takes 20 minutes to make that. Read more
Has me pull up like my food was being made fresh. Waited over 8 minutes for cold fries and and a pitiful looking special made... big mac. This is why I Cook at home! We were in drive thru. Ordered salt free fries. Was asked to pull up to spot 3 to wait. We waited for 13 minutes before my... husband went in to see where our food was. He was inside for at least 5 minutes, in the mean time there was an employee, and Iuse the word loosely, wandering around the parking lot going up to everyone's car asking if this was their order. When myhusband approached her and asked if it was ours, she said no. Finally made it to our truck, looked at me and said sir, (I'm awoman) is this your order. She basically threw it in our truck. I've never reviewed a McDonald's but this place is one of the best. It's always fast, not open at night, but maybe that's why... they've got their business together. Anyways, it's always fast and accurate! Update: I had to update my review because it's notaccurate anymore. These new cashiers couldn't get my order right. And when I asked for my missing item, they wouldn't give it tome. $2 lost you a loyal customer. Read more
Yikes. The drive through line was wrapped around the store so I went inside. My order took 17 minutes and they still missed two... sandwiches. The bathroom was wrecked, the lobby wasn?t clean, and they were only accepting orders through the kiosks. There isclearly a serious management problem. Read more
Oh... My.. wow. So we've been having trouble trying to order the adult happy meals here. Anytime we try to order them they're... out, which is to be expected, which we'll usually ask for their shipment date so we can order when the shipment comes in. Soyesterday my husband calls up and he's told they're out again. We ask for when there will be a restock and we were told theywould not be getting the shipment for adult happy meals anymore. I'm pretty sure they weren't a limited time item, but I guesswe'll just start eating at a different location. Today I called again about five minutes ago just to test it out and see if theylied (which we have been lied to many times over the phone at this location. A man picked up, I asked if they had the adulthappy meals. I was then told with a very snippy and short "no" and met with an ended call. Before I could even ask about theirshipment day or if they'd be ordering them again, he hung up on me. Now I've had many bad experiences here but this onepersonally hurt a bit more, as we've been so excited to get the happy meal for adults as a piece of nostalgia. In all, Iwouldn't waste your time calling this location for accurate or polite results. Read more
