I asked for large curly fry and fresh chicken tender sandwhich. The young man ensured it was fresh, I watched the lady in the... back with soiled greasy gloves go over to the fry station and pick up an old chicken tender and the fries....we're all brokenup..my bread was stale after she over microwaved it. They have trouble staying open until their posted closing time. Even though you see the staff inside. It is like they want to be... on their way home, at closing time. They shut down an hour early about 2 out of 3 times I'm there late. The manager that worksdays is awesome there are a couple of young guys that with the evening that are awesome too. But then there is Methany andSheroin that work the later shift, you can tell they haven't had food in some time and they definitely don't know what good foodis anymore. Stated was open 24 hours; arrived at 12:15 and all the lights were off and space was vacant. Edit: Generally speaking, anyone... traveling and attending a restaurant at that time of the evening or at a later time than a usual dinner outing hasn't plannedahead to call and see what the hours of operation are. The visit usually pertains to a driving situation in which we are headedto point B from A and are looking for a restaurant at that time of night when we become hungry from those said travels. By then,the first place we visit is Google to find those hours. If it says 24 hours or another time stating open, we pull in. If it'sclosed, there's no reason to call a dark restaurant with nobody there and obviously hours are subject to change so a recordingisn't necessary to listen to. Catch 22, but I do understand and for that have changed my review. Just stating the usual afterhour visit from someone who frequents travel during the evening/early morning hours. Read more
Definitely worst Arby's we've ever been to. Food tasted awful. Forgot our fries, so went back to get them & they were so... overcooked we tossed them. No fountain drinks due to a boil water advisory, so instead they're grabbing room temperature 12 ozcans out of boxes. Employees somewhat friendly, but definitely appear confused & overwhelmed at serving customers. Read more
I really regret not reading reviws first!!! Worst Arby's I've EVER been to!! They have everyone pull to the side I assume to... make the drive thru times look better. All I ordered was Mac n cheeseand was asked to pull away.. after 15 minutes of waiting itwas delivered to me. Before the two people in front of me got anything I might add lol. Once I saw my Mac n cheese after readingreviews between the look of it and what I read I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Just don't waste your time and money stoppinghere until this place gets new owners/management!! Read more
The night team here is great. They were super fast and nice. One of the guys there noticed we were kinda ordering small bc we... didn't have alot of money so they gave us free drinks. I really appreciated that because its hot out when doordashing and stuff Read more
Worst Beef and Cheddar I have ever had! I think it must have been made for quite awhile before I came along and ordered. Wry... sad considering how much things cost these days. If we have to pay the high prices we should get good quality items to make itworth it. Read more
Waited a long time to order in drive thru and was the only customer was told to pull to the side...... 20 minutes later walked... in and the young man handed me my food. Why do ya think I went drive thru genius? 45 minutes for 1 sandwich going to a diabeticin need of some food. What a joke. This place needs to close or improve. Read more
