I had previously given this location 1 star, but since they've been under new management, there has been a vast improvement in... wait time and quality of food. My fries today were cooked to perfection and the girl at the drive thru window was very nice!Keep up the great changes! Read more
Since this is now owned by someone else I can really tell this place has improved so much. I went out for breakfast this morning... for the first time in literally years because everyone was saying it's better now. They are all right! I had rated this storea one star before but now I feel obligated to re-rate it a 4 star! Order was placed in a reasonable amount of time at the drivethrough window. I waited a reasonable amount of time to get to the window and then was greeted with a smile. Order wasaccurate. Congrats McDonalds in Henryville, IN!!! Keep up the good work. Read more
Since the new owner came in, I can already tell this place is a million times better. Just got it for the first time since the... new owner took over and MAN order was correct (we had a large order) and nothing was missing. Tasted awesome! So pumped thatthings are back on track at my nearest mickey d's lol Edit: the one thing I would truly love to see is for this location to beavailable on one of the delivery services. Burger meat was hard and dry. Honestly worst McDonald's experience iv had ever. They moping then touching food after with out... washing hands. Won't be back there...tho the loves is honesty which is sad this McDonald's is attached to it. 0 stars if Icould. Read more
The filthiest McDonald's I have ever witnessed. Garbage on the floor, overflowing freestanding garbage receptacles in the dining... room. The worst was one of the frozen dessert machines catch tray full and overflowing on floor. The substance did not lookfresh. Everything in sight was sticky. Not sure I have seen a dining room in worse condition in ANY restaurant! I tried to below key taking pics. After reading other reviews, not sure why I was. I was surprised others pics showed that the floor wassomewhat clean in the last month. Didn't think it ever was. I messed up on dessert machine pic - it was disgusting. Someonecould die. After waiting 40 minutes for chicken nuggets and french fries and being refuse service thankfully one of the bosses Derrick who... I had to wake up in the middle of the night I was able to get my food after calling him I go to leave and my fries I?m sorry mychildren?s fries are ice cold and so are the chicken nuggets I never complain whatsoever after I have had every order messed upevery single time for two months this is getting out of hand it?s 1 o?clock in the morning and I?m trying to feed my kidsbecause we?ve been out all night and everywhere else was closed now I get on the highway and only live five minutes away to findout I have a ice cold french fries and ice cold chicken nuggets and a McChicken that says plain but has everything on it again Idon?t understand why I waited over 40 minutes for an order Just for it to be ice cold this store has literally crumbled and isjust getting worse Derrick is amazing person so is Robin that I have met but someone else needs to be running that store I justwrote a review and complained and thought I wasn?t gonna Have to again until I realize all of my food is cold after waiting 40minutes 40 minutes Read more
