Black lady with the braids?. Worst customer service experience I?ve seen in a while. Asked for my cup and she snaps ?you can get... it? while facing away from me. This isn?t the first time I?ve witnessed her being disrespectful towards customers. Disappointedwith Abners for not upholding standards at this location. My family owns a restaurant franchise and if an employee repeatedlyacted disrespectfully like that towards my customers they?d be terminated. And my order was wrong! Read more

This Abners is hit or miss. Ordered delivery meals for the whole family tonight. I think they served us the leftovers from... lunch. The fried tenders were super dry as though they had been cooked hours ago and left in a heater. The grilled tenders werefine. I?ve ordered from this Abners several times and about half the time we are disappointed Read more

This location has no sense of urgency for putting out food. Employees are more interested in joking/talking with each other than... producing timely ticket times. Will not return. Cordova is much better Read more

Had the buffalo chicken wrap. Half the sandwich had sauce, but the other half was dry. I ask for some additional sauce and the... manager stated it would cost me. I told her that I wasn't paying for more sauce when it should have been put on the sandwichwhen it was made. She told me to bring the sandwich up to the counter and they would add some. I overheard the workers say thatthey would fix me. When I got the sandwich back they had put so much sauce on it that it was not eatable. Very poor customerservice. I will not be back to that location again. Read more

Super friendly staff. Food was prepared well. The wrap was full of chicken and excellent flavor. Seating inside is very limited,... but they also have a great patio. I'll definitely be back. Read more

First time visiting this location and will not be back. Every item that was ordered was incorrect; both club wraps had no... tomato, no bacon and so little sauce it wasn't visible plus missing sauce for the nuggets. Price is to expensive for incorrectfood. Photo is of the club wrap contents, should have ordered a salad I guess. Read more

I've eaten Abner's since 2002. I'm leaving a less than perfect review because I love this place and want it to make it. I... walked out with three meals (one upsized) and four drinks. With a modest tip, it cost 49.99. I'll upload the receipt so youcan tell I'm not taking liberties or embellishing. We literally could've gone to Owen Brennan's or a higher end restaurant andeaten for the same price. We won't be back but for the very odd occasion, which is just a shame. I was extremely excited tosee the location pop up on my commute, but 50 bucks for three meals is just too much. The Hungry Lush, Five and Four piece arelong gone. The new "large" costs more than the lush did and barely comes with more than the old flagship meal. The newflagship meal parallels the old snack plate in size, but if more than the old flagship meal used to cost. I get COVID andsupply chains. I also get that the old prices were probably due an update. Still, the tenders (while still delicious) weresmaller in both size and number. The product has been "right sized" while the price has been "super sized." I'm pulling foryou guys to sort out your supply chain issues and find a way to remain profitable without the ridiculous prices. The same thingat Slim Chickens or Guthrie's is way cheaper. For a family affair, that's way more palatable. With four meals and four drinkswe can get out of Slim Chickens for a check in the $30s. That's about 2/3rds the cost and with more food, to boot.
