Stopped by this restaurant for an early dinner with family and certainly glad we did! The portion sizes are generous but what... really set this place apart was the taste, the food was absolutely delicious! Our server, Cinnamon, provided amazing service andmade some great recommendations. We will definitely be back the next time we visit Memphis! Read more

Micheal (the bar manager) made us feel right at home. He had us trying all kinds of moonshine. He was very knowledgeable of... every food item and drink of course. He had us laughing with some of his life stories and side jokes that he was full of. Wewill return. Read more

Really cool atmosphere. The food was really tasty but not cheap. I had the steak that was pretty expensive. Ordered medium rare.... Came out paper thin and medium well, however, still tasted great. I ate it all and would order it again. Maybe the best mashedpotatoes of my life. My only complaint is the lazy bartender. I watched her screw up classic drinks for over an hour. Everydrink given a single shake and unceremoniously dumped into a rocks glass with ice. Sidecar, margarita, martini, gimlet, oldfashioned, etc. All looked exactly the same. Left out a lot of really important ingredients. If they are going to charge apremium for crafted cocktails, and they do, they should be exactly that, crafted. Said she has been a professional bartendersince like 1997. I can't imagine where. Maybe she just wasn't into it that day. I overheard her say someone complained herdrinks were too strong. When you leave out all the non-spirit ingredients it has that effect. Read more

Made a 630 reservation. Walked in and no hostess at the check in Stand. Walked to bar and asked where to check in. Told that... “I have no idea how to help you, gimme a sec.” Had someone come out minutes later to tell me to have a seat on the patio andshe would follow me with menus and drinks. Sat down/ never came. A girl that had been behind the bar when I previously went incame out and I asked her if I was sitting in the right place- she looked at me like I was crazy and turned around and walkedback in. We left and it was honestly the most disappointing thing. Their menu looked great and their text message alerts for ourreservation were spot on. If I was the owner of this place I’d be so disappointed in lost opportunity and money by the way itwas staffed and how they responded to their customers. Big thumbs DOWN. ???????? Read more

Food was amazing. Atmosphere was interesting. Service was lacking a lot. It really is a cool idea. And the menu was definitely... interesting. The salmon I had was top level Fire! Would get it again and again. I had four people ask me about it while I wasthere and they ordered it too. The service...there were two guys behind the bar and they seemed like they could care less aboutmy sitting there. I do not drink and I guess since it is a "Speekeasy" I should not be there. Whatever. I would go again. But Imay not go out of my way to get there. Read more

We thought we were just going to get some average bar food but this place knocked it out of the park. We started with the... ARANCINI for an appetizer which was wonderfully done, the sauce was amazing. I had the Herb Roasted Chicken and my date had theBear Wings. Both entrees were deliciously flavorful and paired impeccably with the local brew recommended by our knowledgeablewaiter. He was polite, attentive, and efficient. A three-piece band played smooth music at a comfortable volume that created theperfect atmosphere for a nice dinner date. We would definitely visit this place again and highly recommend it if you’repassing thru Memphis. Read more

Don’t waste your time and money. Wait staff couldn’t be bothered to take our order while smoking out front. They advertise... happy hour but charge full price. 22.5% gratuity automatically added and no itemized receipt unless you request one. The foodsnot even worth it. How cool is a speakeasy when they advertise it on the door? Read more
