I?m done with Burger King after this place. The first visit they charged me 11.07 for a whopper meal & added cheese after I... asked for no cheese. Now a week later I get a whopper meal with no pickles and they of course put pickles on it & no onions.They also gave me a Diet Coke instead of a regular coke. So tired of their awful service. As any person I like to see when the people in the back make my food. So the dinning room and the drive thru were starting to... get pretty full so the young lady with the red dreads that took my order which she was very nice started to help the people inthe back make orders. She made a few then went to clean the area due it was a bit messy. After she cleaned the area she stillhad on the gloves that she cleaning with and was about to start making more orders with the same gloves. So I politely as theother manager named Everett if he could ask the young lady to change her gloves. I could tell by his body language he was a bitirritated. So he started to let her know about the situation and stated that it was sanitizer water and I stated that its stilla chemical and he proceeded to raise his voice like I was wrong for calling him out on the issue. The young lady came from theback and apologized and offered to refund the order and still provide the food and we both were calm and Everett was stillupset. As he was still being rude there was another customer that wasn't too pleased with the situation and how Everett handledit and wanted his order refunded as well. Burger King is not the place that I visit often because there are other restaurants that you could go to. While some people have... given negative reviews about the place, I want to give a constructive review instead. The staff at the location are good peopleand they were courteous to give me the ketchup, salt, and pepper that I requested since there were none at the table that myfamily and I sat. I noticed the table being slightly sticky with crumbs on the top but we brushed it off with the benefit of adoubt. At the counter, they honored our coupons took 4-6 minutes to prepare our food and they did everything right. We sat downto eat and the taste was average. I understand they value speed and efficiency but they shouldn't ignore quality as well. Onething that I applaud then for is how clean the lobby was. I barley noticed a problem and I hope they keep this up in thefuture. Here are some suggestions to consider: 1. Clean the tables in-between shifts or after every two or threecustomers. 2. Place the salt and pepper shakers on the table. 3. Keep doing right about and keep your food warm for longerperiods of time. Other than that, everything will turn out fine in the future. If I could rate it 0 stars I WOULD ! The manager with red dreads is extremely unprofessional. I waited in line for a hour just... for my fries to be hard and cold and for my burger to be awful.Another time i went this young lady was asking to go home becauseof her cycle and the SAME manager told her no she would be terminated. They do not care for their employees and the food andcostumer service is terrible. Read more
Waited 35 minutes for 4 French toast sticks, could've run to the Walmart next door and made them from scratch in that time.... Probably would've or at least ordered something else if they had told me there would be a wait. Read more
Ordered the so-called Ultimate Breakfast Platter and hashbrowns which is a Box and NOT a platter. Pancakes were cold and rubbery... as if they were sitting under a light too long. The ONE strip of broken up bacon bits were grossly UNDERCOOKED! Pancakes wereon the bottom of the box with the wet eggs and undercooked greasy bacon on top of them. This packaging made the pancakes wetand soggy besides already being rubbery! Had the board not shown a platter, I wouldn't have chosen this. Very misleading! Ithought I was being given the wrong order, when I inquired I received a rude DATS DA PLATA and a closed window. Will NOTreturn! They customer service is off this morning and they served me this. Oh my this the 2nd time this Burger King have just through my... order together. This need to be reported immediately and something's need to change. Read more
