It was Burger King when it's running well, the food living up to its advertised and remembered promise of satisfaction and... willingness to return again. Speedy and friendly service. Facility could have been a little cleaner (floors and counters inordering area close to workers and far away both) and ventilation of orders and moisture was noticeably lacking. Read more
Horrible most unpleasant experience I?ve ever encountered from a fast food place. Rude very nasty people .. the cashier and... manager.. ugly sloppy need to go somewhere and learn something about customer service. No hair nets nor gloves.. don?t knowanything about coupons .. I had a 4.00 coupon they were trying to charge me 7.78 for my meal when clearly the coupon stated4.00 Cashier yelling at you through the drive through mike.. the health department needs to step in.. the guy that helps preparethe food he picks at his nose while doing so. This place closed the drive-thru before closing time and closed it on the party I was with. The manager didn't want to speak... with us and attempted to make employees speak for them and hid in the background. When we threatened with contacting corporatethe manager then came to the window and said we are on their time and it doesn't matter what our clock says. I feel bad for theemployees. Today is Sunday 11/6/22 1:18 pm These are the most trifling girls I have ever seen in my life. They intentionally made my order... wrong with they nasty attitude. The dirty foot shanell had the nerves in to tell me I could not watch these make my order.Where is corporate what?s going on with the higher ups are they not seeing the complaints in the reviews. I willl be callingand making a fuss first thing Monday morning. Every one there need to be fired asap. I hate to say this but they need a whitemanger over seeing this business and a lot more in Memphis where black folks running the operations I hate to say my people sadand trifling they have no standards smh.
