ever since this Captain D's re-opened again it has been great! The drive-thru can look busy but the line moves fast! but I am... begging the franchise owner to get more quality workers in there to help out that manager! He is busting his butt in there everysingle time and lord knows how long he is working without a break... Please owners! Help this man out! smiling through lunchhour all by himself... I usually go on Sunday after church as they have a special menu for seniors. Quality is mixed depending on who's cooking that... day I guess. Fish and shrimp are usually good but sometimes chicken tenders are overcooked, dry and tough as happenedyesterday. The previous time they were fine and I would have rated 4 stars. This time they akso failed to put tarter sauce sothe fish without it is not as good as with it. Read more
Beware of this location at night in the drive thru paying with cash. Their cashier is giving out fake money as change to... customers. The manager wasn't any help and won't replace my $20. I've contacted corporate and will take legal action if needbe. 7/14/22 I reached out to the corporate office on 7/6/22 & followed up on 7/12/22. Horrible experience with the staff working 6/28/22 around 7 pm. Waited 40 minutes while they continually screwed up orders &... couldn?t seem to get on track. Manager guy found it necessary to voice how ?ready to go? he is & he was tired of being there.Excessive non-work related chatter and zero efficiency. This is my least favorite location.
