Maybe understaffed (extremely), late Saturday afternoon so it wasn't very busy upon arrival yet others whom we were ahead of... were seated first. We waited over 20 minutes to have our server come to our table. Ordered two lemonades, an appetizer, and two entrees. Received... our entrees before even getting any drinks OR our appetizer. We had to wait an hour and half for our server to come back to usto ask for drinks and our appetizer. Ive never written a review for a restaurant ever but I am so highly disappointed I had tospend money to receive such bad hospitality. Hopefully the staffing issue is solved. Read more
This location clearly seemed to be suffering from a severe lack of staff. We waited a long time before being served and the food... was quite slow to come. The server was friendly and she was clearly doing her best working too many tables but the servicenonetheless was poor. All this, while the restaurant itself was probably at about 30% of its capacity. On a good day, Chili'sis not a location to go for top quality food so my expectations were limited to start. The food at this location was definitelythe low side of average for a Chili's. The food quality alone would make me avoid this place again in the future. Finally, therestrooms were an absolute mess and were clearly unkept even for a public restaurant restroom. I suggest you find a differentoption in the area. Read more
Two things for certain: the waitress we had was observant and the food was out! But the cleanliness was awful! Several dirty... tables with trash and food on the floor. Actual I saw the host clean a table and brushed everything on the floor withoutsweeping. I was shocked! Then there was an argument in the kitchen, a guy was extremely loud cursing at a fellow co worker. It'snot the same Chili's that I used to love to frequent. It has really flopped. On another note, the waitress added additionalcharges for charity without asking. I didn't mention it to her but I think asking before charging it on the kiosk would havebeen thoughtful. Read more

The food here was simply delectable. I ordered the 3 for 10.99. The deal is one of the best deals I've ever had. The total... ticket was under $25. The server was kind and professional and very speedy. This is my new go-to spot whenever I'm looking forsomething tasty to eat. One of the best food spots in Memphis. There is a little wait time because the place is very crowdedbut it is well worth the wait. Read more
OMG...I loved the great customer services here. Our Server AL was awesome In serving us and his timing was impeccable. My order... was the Appetizer: Loaded Fries & Salad Entree: Cajun Chicken Pasta. My niece order was the Appetizer: Queso with Spinach Dip &Chips Entree Sizzling Fajita & Nephew had the Ribs. Our food came out fresh hot and delicious. Compliments to the the staff andChef. Waitress was unprofessional. Did not bring silverware with my salad, and took almost ten minutes to bring any after asking her... twice. Our entrees arrived before we got our plastic silverware. Broccoli was burnt and inedible. Steak was cooked medium well,nearly well done, when requested medium. The ribs, however, were delicious.
