The food may taste good. However, they Never give me all my food. This is the Third time, and they Never answer the phone.
Got the thighs & legs fried, okra, and Mac & cheese. Great for a quick pick up when you just want to get home or not cook or if... you have kids that like legs cause they give you enough lol. Food is good, cooked well, and the employees at the Finley/EP Blvdand Park Ave locations are super nice. Still some great chicken and great service. Read more
Now with churches take Texas Chicken I am a fan but I will be honest on a couple occasions I went in there and it seemed like... somebody threw away the recipe but I will say I have been more satisfied then less satisfied in the different times that I'vebeen there and I go at least once to twice a week. The only thing you have to deal with if you going to the one on Elvis Presleyis heavy traffic a long line name the chicken is good it really is it is really good all all that items that I have tried I havenot been disappointed as of yet but ordering on delivery might be a different thing from time to time when you're all ondelivery you are at the mercy of someone that cannot see you face to face. The drive thru wait time was horrible. When I finally got to the menu board I was told there was a 15 minute wait on chicken... and they only had tenders available. So I ordered tenders. The wait to get to the window was about 15 minutes. So should'vebeen able to get chicken. Who ever is managing this store should be shame Read more
They get a ZERO from Me....! People standing around long drive through line. I parked my car and was going to walk in. An... employee who was looking out of the window as I entered and said I could not come in. The doors were un locked, easily to enterthe restaurant and without notice that the dining area was closed or that they only did drive through. What kind of operationdoes this and then has a issue with costumers when only wanting to purchase some good food. This is bad practice, no notice anunexpected with no listing at all. Read more
The peace cobbler is disgusting, you all put a biscuit in a container with cinnamon and little bits of peaches and it was... sweet. If I would have know that I never would have purchased and wasted my money. Read more
I would normally give them 5 stars because the quality of the food and the service would be great, but NOT this time.... The... service at the window was great, BUT the food quality was HORRIBLE!!!! I was very disappointed when looking on the goggle i saw a special that said it was at Elvis Presley location but come to find... out that they don't keep up to date. The workers ridiculed me over the speaker unprofessional. I would have purchased somethingelse if they hadn't made me feel do bad. I guess cause I'm old 70 years old and don't know computers the young bucks can talk tome any kind of way. I'll forgive them but will never forget that experience.
