If it was possable, I would leave a 0 star reveiw. We ordered a medium sasage pizza to our hotel and there was no sauce or... cheese or sausage on 4 slices of pizza, which is basically half the pizza and it was way over priced. Surprise surprise. A Domino?s with a dine in area. If you like your pizza right out of the oven and don?t mind the spartan... atmosphere or lack of table service its a great place to sit for a bit and have a pizza that?s more enjoyable than usual. Worst service of 2022!!! When I called at 8:54, the pizza had already went through a quality check at 8:30. I waited for someone... for 15 minutes and she said they had 1 driver and there was a delay. I said ok?. Well it?s been sitting so whenever the driverheads out I want a hot fresh pizza. Markeva agreed and I asked for the name of the manager and she said Jaylon. I called an hourlater and they still had me waiting so finally I called at 10:20 and asked for a refund. Markeva told me to wait 3-5 businessdays. I refused the offer and asked for a manager and that?s when the real games began?. Half pepperoni and banana peppers Half BBQ chicken and onions. This is what I get. It's a mess, clearly slapped together and not... even accurate. Another pizza was regular dough, but was way over proofed and was tough like cardboard. They were blasting musicREALLY loud, and some gross woman with really long nails was touching everything. Long story short, i received my order and it was wrong. I called the store and the manager Brandon pretty much told me there was... nothing he could do. I really just wanted a refund or a new pizza. I work at a Hotel Near this location and me and my coworker ordered garlic bread and cheese bread... our food was extremely hard... and DRY!!!!!! I called and spoke to Mr. Brandon and he told me that we would have to return our food in order to get new foodmade! First off we're in a pandemic that doesn't even seen sanitary secondly , if I told you I threw the food away in a bigtrash can and only had a few I got off the top of the trash what makes you think I'm about to dig in the trash for the rest. Itold him that I tried the food from there before and it was amazing but he went in to tell me that he didn't think anything waswrong with my food and thought we just wanted to get something free and not return the items! Have been getting delivery from here for about 13 years, mainly at St Jude. Drivers have always been personable,as has the... staff on the phone line. Food has been cooked properly, and drinks cold. It's served as a sense of normalcy and comfort on ourtravels. Thanks for all y'all do. Read more
