Food is great. The cashier with the red hair and a nose ring is extremely rude. Never seen her before. Your front line people... are the most important in any business. She just stares at you and you have to speak to her. Doesn't say may I help you oranything. Then when she's done she just glares at you. Say thank you to her and she just gives a hateful look. People don't needto speak to tell they're racist. You can tell by their glaring with hatefulness in their eyes. I don't think she likes whitepeople. I'm sorry but I won't ever come back because of her. I usually spend $200+ a month there-not anymore. Read more
The customer service could have been better. The gentlemen preparing the food were nice however the lady that took my order was... bland. Almost as if she didn't want to be there and the other lady sat in the booth with the same bland look and attitude on herface as well. Besides that, the food was good. Read more

Freaky Slow. That is how I will describe my Jimmy John's experience from today. A coworker and myself waited an hour to receive... our sandwiches from this location which is, according to Google Maps, only 7 minutes away from our office which is also onPoplar. Ordered thru the app, confirmed they got my order a little after 8pm. Around the corner from the store, it usually takes 20 mins... to get my food, its been over an hour and the store is closed. Still no food. No option to get a refund through the app. All inall a negative experience. Probably won't order again. App needs a rate order option or someway to get a refund.
