The two women that work there are beyond rude. They walk away multiple times while you order. There was also a guy in the store... today that seemed to be an employee off the clock who was declining phone calls. They have the worst quality of food out of themultiple Lennys in Memphis. Do not ever come to this location. Every single time I come in here they are terrible. Terribleattitude, terrible manners and terrible food. This location should not even be open anymore. All the other Lennys are absolutelyamazing. Go to the one on Poplar by the train tracks if you are in the area. They are so nice, fast, and just great people! Donot ever come to the Lennys on Spottswood. Update 8months later? I tried this location again. I asked for an Italian sub madethe Lenny?s way? I got roast beef, lettuce and cheese on my sandwich?. This location is under much needed renovation and new management and I frequent here often. Prices have gone up but you know... you pay for what you want and I have no problem with that. The new management (Kayla) has apparently adopted the "the only wayI can address and issue with your food is to bring it back" option. If my food was fixed correctly when I ordered it I wouldn'thave to call and complain! My Sandwich was the worst I've ever received. I called the store to let them know and was asked ifI wanted to bring it back (after getting back to work) of course I said no and I was told well there's nothing that I can doabout it and told that they could give me 10 percent off my next visit and I politely told her no thank and I will not be comingback. I stopped by the other day for a quick bite and there was no line, no wait. The employees were so nice and friendly. They made... my sandwich so quickly and the sandwich was fresh like no other. Every ingredient was fresh, the tomatoes seemed like they camefresh from the garden- the turkey was good and the sandwich was so tasty. I truly was satisfied! Read more
This is the only Lenny?s close to my site and sad to say they always disappoint me every time. I never get what I order when it... comes to condiments. You shouldn?t be listening to me and still working on remembering the other person order. Look at myreceipt and follow the condiments I want on my sub. It?s not hard. This location is black owned , yet they constantly argueabout workers coming in or duties in general. Today 08/30 I go in a they completely screwed my order and lady in front of meorder up. Nothing I wanted on my sub was on it and it just looks gross in there. My roast beef was old and had a smell so Iprobably won?t be back ever. Last time ever. BEST Lennys is Bartlett hands down.
