This used to be the place to go! However, it been getting worse service over years. Today, they have let a guy sit without an... order for 40 mins. A very loud employee keeps arguing with a manager. Red-headed manager threw salad dressing over the callwindow at loud employee. Lots of drama and no service for a very SLOW lunch crowd. Read more
Never seems to be extremely busy my last few trips to Memphis! The McAlister club has always been my go too.
The cashiers were on point. Kind and courteous. But the other two who packaged the food and cleaned tables were rude,... unwelcoming and all together didnt deserve to be there in my opinion. Read more

Tried to visit this evening?and ended up asking for a refund and leaving without getting our order. Young kid with a red bandana... on taking orders was out of his league and could not get an order correct to save his life. Despite the restaurant being wideopen, ordering was S-L-O-W and painful as the kid asked for clarification while taking the order a minimum of 3x after beingrepeatedly told what the order was. That wasn?t enough as he then came to the table for further clarification to hopefullydismantle his confusion..AND THAT DIDNT WORK EITHER. A young girl then came to the table and said ?okay?he told you wrong?.? andI wasn?t in the mood to let her finish as it was a long day of traveling from TX for my one year old who needed to eat and go tobed.
