I ordered two cheeseburger kid's happy meal. Paid and pulled up to retrieve my order and the happy meals wasn't in a Halloween... pail. I asked about it and was told they was out. My kids wanted a pail...I wasn't told this when I placed my order and therewas pictures of Halloween pails around the menu. I accepted the ordered because it pouring down rain. We made it home and mykids started opening up the happy meal and quickly became sad meals because one had a toy in it. Man was I upset and it didn'tdo any good to call and complain because I didn't get a receipt. Read more

I don't like this McDonald's but because it is closer to my job, when i want McDonald's, I go here. The staff is rude on most... occasions and they are slow. It could be 2 cars in line and they still will take forever to serve them. On a positive note, thefood is hot and seems fresh. Read more
This is the biggest joke of a McDonalds I?ve ever been to. The line is always super long, they take twenty minutes just to take... your order. 9/10 Something will be missing or just completely wrong. It?s a 50/50 chance to even get something luke warm to eat.Today, ordered a vanilla iced coffee with extra cream, literally got a cup of half n half with vanilla syrup there is no coffeewhatsoever. Also ordered through the app two shakes told at last minute shake machine down that we?d have to get refund on app.I asked how because last time I needed a refund I couldn?t find where to process it. Was told ?I don?t know? while the windowwas slammed shut in our faces. No other offers, nothing. They are all extremely rude every time I?m here. On April 23, 20222 at 1:45 I ordered at McDonald?s. The young lady on the head set have a very nasty attitude! Went to the... window to pay and she was very rude and threw change into my mothers hand. I also went to the other window to actually get myfood and the worker did not greet us she gave us our food and walked off with an attitude. Definitely would not recommend thisMcDonald?s. Unprofessional and disgusting attitudes. It has me afraid to even eat the food I?ve purchased. And to top it off Iasked for no onions on the burgers I purchased and there were still onions on it. The only reason why I'd go to any these restaurants is for a Carmel Frappe or Mango Smoothie. This particular morning, I wanted... a Frappe. Needless to say the machine was down (as with every location I attend). Side Note: I think they say that because theydon't want the hassle of always cleaning it. Anyway, I ordered a large coffee. I was very disappointed because the coffee wasbitter. Sixteen creams and sugars didn't help it at all. I think it's time to give up on ol' Ronald. Things are definitely notthe way they used to be.
