Worst experience EVER!!! Rude employees, lack of attention to detail!! Over an hour wait for Uber deliveries!! Pulled me up to... the 3rd window and ignored the fact I was waiting for two orders and management never addressed the issue!!! If I could givethem a zero star rating I would!! It?s usually a hit or miss with this location. The customer service is mediocre. The cafe machine is always down so you could... never get anything besides hot plain coffee, fraps or soda in the mornings. The man who gave me my food at the second windowcouldn?t be bothers to say a word to me and he forgot my hash browns. The drive through line usually takes forever. Read more

I'm giving this score to the staff. I'm giving the manager 0 Stars. Shame on you! There's an inappropriate way to communicate... and coach your employees. They aren't slaves, and you're not their master. The manager on the Saturday morning is extremely rudeto his staff. I was embarrassed for the staff! I left without ordering. Manager, please correct the employees in private andwith a little respect. It appears that you need some interpersonal skill training. Your staff isn't beneath you. They obviouslywant to satisfy you as well as the customers. I will return soon to have breakfast. We ordered at the machines. We didn?t get any receipt. We waited for 20 minutes and asked the staff where our food was. They... didn?t believe we had ordered anything because we didn?t have any receipt. We ordered our food again and still didn?t get anyreceipt.
