Can't understand menus, I have to ask what price is before I order and if there's any specials. It's about as clear as mud. I... usually have a 50% chance of getting what I paid for, good thing I'm not picky, I usually end up where I give them $ and getsome food. It's kinda like pot luck. Read more
They closed the store too much and use the drive-thru. The drive-thru is wrapped around the building. Poor customer service. Why... would you not have the inside open? Nice laid back cozy atmosphere... I was visiting from out of town went here with family.
This was a horrible experience we were there on the 22nd of December and the lobby and the children's play area was nasty. There... was unclean tables food and spillage all on the floor I informed one of the managers name Rochelle to come into the children'splay area to get up what obviously had been someone wasted a drink all over the floor and after 30 minutes no one ever showed upand at the time we were there it was slow. The managers had no concern about the filth in the restaurant the drink station hadcups straws and just trash all over it. This is just completely unacceptable!! Read more
Don't visit between 10pm-10:30. They're changing shifts with long lines waiting. There has to be a better way of doing that ????
