No frappes on Highland. Treszvant left me sitting in the drive thru for 30 minutes called inside they kept picking up the phone... then hanging up. They completely quit serving at 9:30!! Getwell was quick but quarter pounder "cook to order" was cold cheesedidn't even melt. I think they gave me one already cooked just took onions off put another cheese on it cause i always order noonions. They made it over but 4 cars got there orders will i waited. Ridiculous. Read more
3 times I've been here; friendly staff. Didn't take long for order and was correct. The items were put together properly. [Not... rushed like some other places where the burger is half on the bun condiments tossed on haphazardly.] Impressed and now my go tofor Macdonalds. Read more
The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. But the Cam McFrappe was good but it didn't have enough whipped cream. It was half done... in other words. But when I order again I hope it will be better next time. Read more
Yes ...it was a circus in there today 8/8/22. But, the Lady preparing the to go food couldn't have been nicer. She made sure... every customer received what they needed with a big smile. I would have just lost it but, she remained calm and focused. Greatjob...Mam! Read more
(updated from 4 to 5 stars, just because male staff was such great character, friendly and helpful.) Quite good... mcdonald's. Staff come and easy to understand. Helpful. Restaurant is pretty clean, could be better could be worse. Nice tablesand seatings. Restrooms is alright. I really liked the interior. Looks good. And comfy. Read more
I hadn't had McDonald's in a long time, so I'd figured I'd try. Well I was totally disappointed. First off I asked for a fresh... QPC,but when I checked the bun was obviously not,my fries were also ice cold. It took them almost an hour for the manager toanswer the phone. I told her about the problem her answer was"All our QPC are ma fresh,so if you bring it back we fix it ". NowI'm in a wheelchair, so I know I won't get my money back,because I got a ride, but they don't ever have get anymore of mybusiness. Read more
Dining room is clean and always presentable. We always have exceptional service at this location. Great job to all staff!!
No matter which drive thru lane I use they never take my order in sequence. Even if there is no one in the other lane they will... wait until someone pulls up and then take their order first. I fired this location years ago. My mistake for giving themadditional opportunities to get it together. The double qtr pounder was pitiful. Glad I didn't pull forward to wait for them tobring it out! Upon asking for a refund in lieu of pulling forward the sandwich magically was brought to the window in less the60 seconds. Read more
