It?s been a very long time since I?ve had good Chinese food. I used to go to a restaurant back in New Orleans, where I used to... live, it was my favorite place and unfortunately they had closed their doors after nearly 70 years. No other Chinese food hadlived up to my expectations until now. This food is absolutely delicious like not a single grain of rice left on my plate!!!It?s amazing how other restaurants screw up egg rolls so badly but I FINALLY found a place with GREAT egg rolls!!! This place used to be our go to spot! We loved this place, until tonight. The owner and cashier wERE extremely rude as we... returned our order for a refund. We order the Honey Chicken, Sweet and Sour, and General Tso's chicken. All of these arenormally good and this order still tasted good, BUT we found PLASTIC in the chicken. LITERALLY PIECES OF PLASTIC. So, Idiscovered the plastic in 2 separate pieces of chicken sort of half way through the meal. Hopefully, no unknown pieces wereconsumed. I found the first piece in my honey chicken and I honestly wasn't upset cause, ya know, mistakes happen....but then Ifound a smaller piece in my sweet and sour chicken. So, now I'm at the point like yeah let's stop eating this. We orderedthrough UberEats and contacted them as well about the problem, after we contacted the restaurant. The cashier told us to bringthe order back to the restaurant. At the restaurant, we were painted as those customers that purposely eat most of the food andtry to return it as some petty issue to get their money. That was the 1st issue. The cashier said, " We don't even have thatplastic here and that I would have to speak with the manager." She was combative right from the jump and I told her about herattitude while speaking and she calmed down. I appreciated that for the least. BUT when the manager got to the plates, the firstthing he said was, "It's half eaten! It's half eaten! *disgusted tone* What do you want? You want the same thing?" I told themno, I would like a refund because I found the plastic cooked into 2 separate order items. How am I supposed to feel comfortableafter finding plastic in my food? They said we don't give refunds and that is their policy. That is understandable, but this isfood hazard. A dangerous one and not just my food was over or undercooked. If I could give this place no stars I would. My godson order sweet and sour chicken from here and this doesn?t look like chicken... to me at all. I will let y?all be the judge. Pay attention to the pictures and you?ll see tails. I tried to give it the benefitof the doubt and say it may be the chicken?s skin but there is no way it is. This is very nasty. Read more
