I got to the end of my salad and this huge thing would have been my next bite if I hadn’t looked down, I instantly became ill... , and when I called for the manager (Michael Simpson) he had the most unpleasant attitude, as if it was my fault , and said thathe couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything about it… I eat at this same Olive Garden at least 3 times a week but I will never goback again!! We enjoyed the food.. The entrees were more than plenty. You definitely don't need an appetizer before hand. The salmon was top... notch. I had the chicken and shrimp cabanara that was cooked perfectly. Our server was very friendly and fast. Over all we had agreat experience. Wait time was 45 minutes and that was expected. The parking is crazy due to roughly 10-12 parking spots empty in front for carry... out orders. The hostess Deora was more consumed with her cell phone and texting instead of helping people in the lobby to checkin. So much so she had her charger plugged in at the front for her phone. Came for a small bite to eat. Just wanted a couple of appetizers. The service was good. Drinks and food came out really fast.... Our server kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Great place to eat with excellent customer service! We had lunch here and our server, Tameika, was on point! She was very... gracious and made sure our gluten free food was correct and our drinks were never empty. The food tasted amazing and therestaurant was clean and inviting. They even had private areas for larger groups. Definitely recommend! Read more
So, I have been dreaming about some Olive Garden for weeks now. I must say that although I enjoyed my meal, the atmosphere and... my server, the signature breadsticks were not up to tradition. The first basket of breadsticks was hard. The second basket ofbreadsticks tasted burnt even though they didn't look burned. What gets the 4 stars is definitely the scrumptious chickenmarsala, the fresh salad and the friendly service. Read more
Foul just foul now after over looking the bartender whom was completely over worked an hair all fluffed around her head like a... dandelion. We order our food and she brought out the salad now as we ate the salad we found a bug in the bowl then a big on myplate under a piece of lettuce. This made us Ill we asked for the manager a waitress whom was standing around went and got him aMr. Micheal Simmons whom wouldn’t give us his name at first and dismissed this incident as if it wasn’t nothing. He offeredonly to take off one salad and we had to inform him we were together and to look at the bowl he then said oh I’ll only takecare the salad alone. We told him we can’t eat here we are disgusted with the food he walked away as if we hadn’t said aword and without any concern for our well being as customers. We will never return again. Read more
