I was told wait was 10 mins, ended up waiting 25 minutes. Super slow service, it took additional 15 minutes until my order was... picked, 40 more minutes until served. Also it was a little messy, table had marks left from the previous customers and floorswere not that clean. Last few times I visited PF Changs been a disappointment for me and this one did not surprise. This Place was very pleasant. Although it did take quite some time to serve us, the food was very delicious. We ended up going... two nights in a row because how much they made is feel welcome. Great place to go on a date. Kids menu available if you havechildren. They serve you one of the biggest slices of cake I have ever received warm too just make sure to order the ice creamwith it. If I'm not mistaken their ice cream almost tastes as if they made it in house. Go enjoy for yourself. Read more
Finally made my way here. The food wasn't as good as I anticipated it to be, especially for the price. My orange chicken was... kind of soggy when it arrived at the table; the fried rice was gummy. The service was great, and the restaurant itself was nicebut I don't have to go back. Read more
Lunch time was unexpectedly quite, but I was happy. We were seated right away. I server was polite and answered every question... we threw at him about the menu. The food was cooked nicely with a tender touch. No burnt edges,not under or over cooked.Delicate flavors, easy on the pallet. Most of all , one of the best whiskey sours I have had. Great service and amazing food. The ambience was great. All of the staff was very professional. I really enjoyed the pork... dumplings, lettuce wraps and Miso Glazed Salmon was so good. Good place to have Chinese cuisine around Memphis. Compared to other Chang's in big cities were better, this is decent one. Our... server (Joe) was very friendly and energetic. Food was really good; I would visit this place. Read more
My friends and I wanted to try someplace different and decided to give P.F. Chang's a try. Had reservations and was seated... right away. Our server Langston was wonderful. He helped us with the menu and had nice suggestions. He was very attentive andkept our glasses full. The smoke aromatics with the drinks and food were a pleasant surprise. The beef and broccoli was good andso were the pan fried shrimp dumplings. Can't wait to come back! Read more
Great food but service was lacking even though they weren't busy. Also I'm gluten free and can't eat rice either but there was... no option to get a side other than rice or noodles. Read more
