12/03 around 5:30 PM. I called a pickup order in the man I spoke to on the phone said it would be 20 minutes. I went up to the... store and when I arrived the man working behind the counter told me my order just came it and it would be over an hour wait. Hewas VERY rude and passive about it. The employees at this location are rude, hard to understand and have bad attitudes. I ordered delivery of a 37 dollar pizza and... after 85 minutes had heard nothing so I called, boy answered was so hard to understand. Finally figured out he said it was inthe oven, ready in 5 min. I said then you?ll deliver it? He said when the driver gets back. So I decided to go get it. Wentright away, 5 min drive, was not greeted at all, got the pizza home, it was cold and not very good. Terrible customer service! I called and ordered a pizza. I was told it would take 15-20 min for pickup. Once I arrived at the... pizza restaurant I gave my last name for pick up and was told by the manager that it would be 25 min. I said this is crazy I'vealready stalled and went past 20 min making stops before arriving to allow time for the pizza to be ready. He got smart with meand told me evidently you must can't see that we are understaffed. However, I guess you can't see through those sunglasses youhave on your face. I looked at him and said you are being very rude. I then requested that he give me my money back. He had abig ear ring/ nose ring in his nose. He was definitely not customer service etiquette. He should not be a manager with thattype of attitude. I won't go there for a very long time. I really liked Papa John's but I was very disappointed ???? with thecustomer service I received. My order was delivered through Uber Eats by KEYAIRA. Quick! Fast! & In A Hurry!!! Way ahead of schedule!!! Everything was HOT... and DELICIOUS!!! All my favorite veggies without having to customize!
