Everything went well until you wanted potatoes and gravy with no spoons or forks. No ketchup for fries. No honey mustard for... strips. The napkins were a roll of paper towels that were rough as sand paper. Captain D's have paper towels too but theirs aregentle to mouth and will absorb the grease off your hands. I love eating st Popeyes but i think they could do much better.Sometimes as a manager you could take anichetives to at least go to Family Dollar and get enough spoons and forks for potatoesrice and slaw. I know some of the Popeyes are Franchises but that's no excuse to run out of biscuits and have customers waitingup to ten minutes to have biscuits to take with their good chicken. Person at drive threw ,was not a people person.. we got no napkins ,they left out part of our order and got the order wrong .... Fries were cold and the service sucked.. spent $30 in a place that can't even say ,your welcome Read more
After waiting to place my order in the drive thru 15 minutes, dining room was closed, when I made it to the window I was told... that it would be 20 minutes before regular chicken would be ready and the only thing available was Spicy. Wish I could rate it lower!!! Traveling from Louisiana to Missouri and stopped at a Memphis location. Staff was incredibly rude... as soon as we walked in. Restroom was a disaster and woman ?cleaning? looked like she had just poured out mop bucket all overand was playing on her phone. No toilet paper and was refused any when asked for it. Then we attempted to order we were tolddrive thru only. We said dinning room has people eating inside and we can?t use drive thru due to trailer we are pulling. Today is August 4th, I'm at Popeyes waiting on my food and the manager and one of the workers get into about a out some tea. Ordered the 16 peice tenders only received 12 very small tenders. Never have I placed this order and got it inside the 5 peice... box. If I would of gotten decent size tenders I wouldn't complain. Read more
After asking for blackened ranch sauce, cashier put it in the bag..passed me the bag of food I purchased . The manager Shanelle... with a NASTY ATTITUDE then shouts "Did she get chicken or tenders?" Cashier responded that I got "chicken".. manager Shanelle,then shouts "30 cents". No sorry, empathy, or apology towards her customer. She didn't even say THANKS! I PAID FOR THE SAUCE &WHEN SHE GAVE ME MY MONEY, I SAID THANKS!! SHANELLE WALKED AWAY. Also, a previous customer was walking out when I was coming inSHOUTING at an employee waving a gun.
