First time. Ordered for pick up, no one was up front (they lost two customers who were waiting for dine in due to this), so I... walked through to the bar and kitchen area to pick up my food after waiting for anyone to acknowledge waitingcustomers. Octopus balls were pretty good. Curry fries were okay to good, only because the curry 'gravy' helped, and the eggmade it 'different', but nothing spectacular. Just fries and an egg with a side of sauce. Sushi was standard, nothing excitingor different. Yakisoba was standard. Not bad, not good...just there. Not really really something I'd go out of my way for inthe future. Quality and quantity of food seemed less on this pick up order compared to the dine in photos on Google Review. Thecost does not match the food and service delivered, even if they posted several signs all over their establishment of marking upprices in order to provide a living wage for their employees. The worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Me and my boyfriend were the only people eating here. Waiting 40 minutes for our... food. Just to get cold ramen and rice. This was 5 minutes after the server came with our food. We asked for the check and left. Read more
Great food, good atmosphere, polite service. I love the Pork Don and the Spicy Tuna Eggplant appetizer. The service is a little... on the slow side and the bathrooms could be cleaner, but still one of my favorite restaurants overall. Read more
My favorite place to eat in Memphis. The Ramen is so good here but I also love the Saki Don (Rice and Salmon bowl) The service... is always great, they have a full bar with daily specials. Nice vibes with indoor and outdoor seating. You should try it! Read more
This place is so cool! Everyone is friendly to me and the food is delicious, the sake and shochu menu is unrivaled here in... Memphis. Just be patient and understanding during the pandemic, there aren’t a lot of workers and supply chains make someitems unavailable. Read more

The atmosphere is really nice, but the service isn’t. We had to sit in a dirty table, because it was the only one available.... We asked the server to clean it up for us, but he never did. We understand that they were short of personal, but the food took along time to arrive and even though the ramen was good, the noodles were kind of cool when served. I don’t know if the goodfood is worth the waiting time and bad service. I’m sure there are other places with good ramen in Memphis. Read more
